This short research paper was conducted in June-July 2017 primarily in Windhoek, Namibia with archival research conducted at the Namibian National Archives. Links between the establishment of game reserves (including the internationally renowned Etosha National Park) by early 20th Century colonial leaders in Namibia and the demeaning of indigenous peoples in that particular area of Namibia were investigated.
